Contracted government backlog by listed issuer
Each government award attributed to a listed issuer is spread over the quarters of its contract. The sum in a quarter is the issuer's expected government revenue, shown beside the revenue the issuer reported. It is an allocation of award value, not a forecast.

Caveats
Read before using the figuresAn allocation, not a forecast. The even spread is an assumption; delivery, variation orders, terminations and billing schedules move revenue between quarters and the award record does not show them.
Values include VAT, as published on Etimad; reported revenue excludes it. Implied share therefore overstates the government share by the VAT rate where a contract is fully taxable.
Subsidiaries are not consolidated. An award won under a subsidiary's registered name is not attributed to the listed parent, so expected government revenue is a floor.
Reported revenue is the issuer's total, all customers, as published. A comparison with disclosed government-segment revenue, where an issuer publishes one, belongs on the evidence page as a registered test.
